Lewis Hamilton: Well, firstly that is really amazing that he’s reassuring… I was only actually watching some of the restarts, the starts of prior years and viewing him from his Renault times and that I remember just before I even got to Formula 1 watching how beautiful their starts were. I don’t know how older Fernando is now but he is always going to be a great driver. If he will get a good seat, he is always welcome here to fight us. It doesn’t create a difference necessarily for me. I’m here to fight with whoever’s here.
Max Verstappen: Yup, I think it was a bit of a shame that I never had an chance to fight against him F1 so yeah…
LH: Could be a good team-mate for youpersonally.
MV: Fernando? Well, you have experience with it, I don’t understand. Nicely…
Sebastian Vettel: He could become your father!
MV: Yeah, it is close! Yeah, I know. As a dad. How old is he? 36? 38! OK, well 17 is likely to become a father.
SV: Discussing with experience?
MV: I don’t know. I don’t understand.
LH: Just how old are you?
MV: 21. Many decades, a lot of decades…
LH: Jeez. I like being in this room because I’m not the oldest!
MV: 34?
LH: I am yeah, 34, nearly 35.
SV: I will inform you, the day people upward and get beat by someone who is born in 2000. We’ll know it’s time…
MV: I’m not that young!
Q: Sebastian? Would you prefer to see him ?
SV: I do not mind. I really don’t understand why… I don’t believe he never liked me. I really don’t believe we really had a… I don’t mind . I respect him for what he can perform on track and also for what he achieved. I don’t know. I guess he is tired if he has time. So bring him back, I do not mind.
MV: Maybe as a networking manager that is social. To me, he’s always been good and really nice. I like that he is now looking into opportunities such as rushing. He wants to win and he simply loves racing, he would like to be competitive. It’s a excellent idea to see.
LH: The game needs the top drivers in the very top chairs and there is still at the very least a seat available that’s great enough for winning and he’s great enough for winning consequently it would not be such a bad…
MV he could talk to Toto.
LH: Valtteri’s good; Valtteri’s already been winning. You’re the person with the additional seat, I’d say.
MV: I didn’t say that.
SV: I’m not convinced…

“He’s dedicated to Red Bull, this is really where he’s racing this year and that is really where he’s going to race the season afterwards. And everything is extremely much out in the open”

“We have clear understanding, they had been happy with the decision and sat down between them to sort out themselves. They know that they cannot do anymore like this and I hope it works this time. I’m mentioning it now for the next time maybe three times blessed and we’re over it”
On the 2020 line-up,” Steiner continued:”Gene [Haas, team owner] and myself may make the decision on the summer break, ideally, and we all could come back and understand how we return with all the drivers for following year.
“There’s demand of motorists, but there is not a lot of movement yet. Everyone is asking, we all are putting our feelers out viewing what’s currently occurring, but nothing has transferred. When the first domino falls the marketplace will start to move.”
