Bruce explained:”Regrettably, Sean Longstaff turned an arm in practice. Tomorrow he won’t make.
“He tried to block a cross and sadly twisted his ankle and we will not understand how severe that’s until another few days. That’s a tiny blow for us.
“It’s one of those freak ones which sadly happens. We had been disappointed which we have lost a player. That’s what happens in soccer unfortunately.”
Newcastle started the season with beats against Arsenal and Norwich, but awakened to pick up a shock win at Tottenham thanks to the objective of Joelinton.
