Najila Trindade and her former partner are to be charged over her rape allegation from Paris Saint-Germain ahead Neymar, police say.
A Brazilian version, trindade, faces costs of fraud, slanderous denunciation and extortion.
Her former partner Estivens Alves is accused of disclosing content, which was subsequently published online.
It comes after Trindade went to authorities in the city of Sao Paulo alleging she was raped by Neymar in a Paris hotel.
Neymar had denied the claims and explained their connections were consensual.
On Instagram at June, he posted a seven-minute video where he explained:”Anybody who knows me, knows of my behavior, knows that I would not do something like this.”
The case from the 27-year-old was dropped in the end of July, with authorities blaming a lack of evidence against the Brazil international.
At the time Neymar stated he was relieved, adding:”This scar can remind me that human beings could do great things, but also the worst.”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had said Trindade did not produce any of the evidence including a movie that proved she was assaulted by Neymar.
Ms Paulin added:”The authorities investigator asked her to plug in her phone to a pc so she could see the movie, but she didn’t need to do this. She refused to deliver her phone, and she said it was stolen.”
Prosecutors said the real injury to Ms Trindade had been to her finger, and medical reports couldn’t prove she had been mistreated.
