Najila Trindade and her former partner should be charged from Paris Saint-Germain ahead Neymar over her rape allegation, authorities state.
A model, trindade, faces costs of fraud, slanderous denunciation and extortion.
Her partner Estivens Alves is accused of disclosing.
It comes following Trindade moved to police in the city of Sao Paulo earlier this year alleging Neymar invited her in May in a Paris hotel.
Neymar stated their relations were consensual and had denied the claims.
On Instagram at June, he posted a seven-minute video where he said:”Anybody who knows me, knows of my behavior, knows that I’d never do something like that.”
The case from the 27-year-old was dropped at the end of July, with police attributing a lack of evidence against the Brazil international.
In the time Neymar said he was relieved, adding:”This scar would remind me that human beings could do good things, but also the worst.”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had said Trindade didn’t produce any of the signs such as a video that proved Neymar assaulted her.
Ms Paulin added:”The police investigator asked her to plug her telephone to a computer so she could see the video, but she did not need to do that. She refused to hand over her phone, and she stated it was stolen.”
Prosecutors said the sole injury to Ms Trindade had been for her finger, along with reports couldn’t prove she was raped.
