Najila Trindade along with her former spouse are to be charged over her rape allegation against Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar, police state.
Trindade, a Brazilian version, faces costs of fraud, slanderous denunciation and extortion.
Her former spouse Estivens Alves is accused of disclosing erotic articles, which was published on the web.
It comes following Trindade went to police in the city of Sao Paulo earlier this year alleging she was raped by Neymar at a Paris hotel.
Neymar said their relations were consensual and had denied the claims.
On Instagram at June, he also posted a seven-minute video in which he explained:”Anyone who knows me, knows of my behavior, knows that I would never do something like this.”
With police attributing a lack of evidence against the Brazil global, the case from the 27-year-old was dropped in the end of July.
At the time Neymar said that he had been relieved, including:”This scar will remind me that human beings could do good things, but also the worst”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had stated Trindade didn’t create any of the signs she maintained she had, like a video that allegedly proved Neymar assaulted her.
Ms Paulin added:”The authorities officers requested her to plug her telephone to a pc so that she could watch the movie, but she didn’t want to do this. She also refused to deliver her telephone, and she stated it was stolen.”
Prosecutors said the injury to Ms Trindade would be to her finger, and medical reports could not prove she was raped.
