St Etienne have appointed Leicester boss Claude Puel and former Southampton as their new director.
The Frenchman was sacked by the Foxes in February, and contributes to direction in Ligue 1 to the first time since he left Nice at 2016.
St Etienne suspended their previous supervisor ahead of the conclusion of the contract on Friday afternoon.
And, as his substitute, Puel was named by St Etienne in 30 minutes till 2022.
His first game is going to be a derby from Lyon on Sunday, a club Puel coached between 2008 and 2011.
Jacky Bonnevay will assists him and can take over the side that currently sit base of the table.
